1965 Plymouth AWB - Golden Commandos - (Supercar LE )

#50796WLC - Located One - in 1:18 scale, an "ORIGINAL" Golden Commando's 1965 Altered Wheelbase Plymouth A/FX car, as 1st ran with it's "carbureted" cross ram Hemi! Notice this release also has the small rear window "blow out" retainer brackets (3 on top - 3 on bottom) never before on an AWB release.

This is a limited run of only 402 made of this car, as it was 1st raced. It has a detailed cross ram 426 Hemi race motor under the lift off hood, and has miniature plug wires, fuel lines, fuel filters, headers, and even a real "metal brake line" coming up to the master cylinder. 

They have a single seat race interior, real cloth seat belts, tach on the dash, built in dash gauges, and the correct reverse valve body markings on the column shifter for the built automatic transmission. The detailed chassis has the moved forward K-member, dual electric fuel pumps, fuel lines, rotating driveshaft, and real metal leaf springs working suspension.

Notice the "gold foil" lettering, plus it has the correct style hinges on the opening doors and trunk (hood is lift off style - with working hood pins). This is a 1:18 scale die cast (11" long) produced by Die-Cast Promotions / Highway 61, made for Supercar Collectibles as Issue # 9 of the Supercar Raceway series and only 402 were made. It is well worth getting - to round out the true carburated cars made.
