1965 Plymouth S/Stock Sox & Martin (Supercar LE) Located One!

#50525BadBoxLFC - Located One - (Read All) - in 1:18 scale. The 1st Mopar "standard wheelbase" ran by Sox & Martin, their 1965 Plymouth Belvedere Super Stock drag car and is Issue # 8 in our Sox & Martin series. 

After being factory backed by Mercury (a Comet Cyclone) for the 1964 season, Ronnie & Buddy were at the table ready to sign a contract again, but after reading all paperwork they noticed Mercury decided not to include 2 personal cars (demo's) as they asked for. They got up & walked away from the offer that day. Mercury called back the very next day agreeing to the 2 demo cars, but Ronnie & Buddy had already signed with Chrysler (with 2 demo cars) and their Mopar reign began... 

Made by Die-Cast Promotions / Highway 61 for Supercar Collectibles, this features the Red-White-Blue race day paint, correct style hinges for opening hood, doors, and trunk, a wired & plumbed 426 cross-ram Hemi, detailed interior, detailed chassis, the Keystone Klassic mags, and special packaging on this Limited Edition of 1,500 cars produced in 2008. Supercar Collectibles recently made a purchase of a good selection of older & harder to find 1:18 cars.

Note: The end flap of the box has a piece torn out of it and the plastic display window is dented in. The price has been discounted accordingly.
