#A1805533 - Pre-Order - expected in the 2nd quarter of 2027 (announced 11/5/26) in 1:18 scale is a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS454 in Tuxedo Black w/ White Stripes. This Chevelle will be produced by ACME using the Exact Detail tooling.

This Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 is a replica of the car Matthew McConaughey drove in the 1993 movie Dazed and Confused. Matthew referred to this car as “Melba Toast” and said this about his car, “Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin’ right here, all right. We got 4:11 Positrac outback, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower.”

This car will feature an opening hood with a wired and plumbed 454 under it, opening doors with a well detailed interior and an opening trunk complete with a spare tire and a jack. ACME hasn’t announced how many will be made yet, but regardless, this one will go fast.
