#A1805736 - Pre-Order - expected in the 1st quarter of 2026 (announced 10/16/25) in 1:18 scale is the 1969 Chevrolet COPO Camaro in Tuxedo Black with a Yellow Houndstooth Interior. This car will be produced by ACME using the nicely detailed Highway 61 tooling and only 500 will be made.

This is the only COPO Camaro to be ordered with the rare Yellow Houndstooth Interior (Code 714). This model will feature a fully plumbed and wired 427 engine, opening doors, hood and trunk plus a fully detailed interior with folding front seats. It will also have period correct Goodyear Wide Tread Tire mounted on black steel wheels with polished hubcaps and much more.

Chevrolet’s 1969 COPO Camaro story is a classic case of Detroit’s clandestine ingenuity during the muscle era. General Motors maintained a corporate policy that no engines over 400 cubic inches would be installed in any of their Camaros and there was no ordering option was available. So Chevrolet’s engineers and some performance minded dealers found a way around that policy using the Central Order Production Order (COPO) system.

These COPO Camaros were intentionally designed to appear as a base model economy car. They didn’t have any Z/28 stripes, no SS badges, no RS hidden headlights and plain jane hubcaps on a plain looking body, but they put a 427 under the hood that pumped out 425 horsepower.

At this time you can Pre-Order (reserve) this with reduced shipping of $9.95 to the US48 (only). Once the car arrives, shipping to the US48 will be $14.95, and other areas contact us for the shipping & handling pricing. No billing until they ship, and this collectible is expected in the 1st quarter of 2026.

This product is expected to be in stock approximately Tuesday 31 March, 2026.
