Those men along with an incredible Crew Chief and Engine builder Paul Frost perpetuated the Billy the Kid race team to the fore front of the professional ranks of drag racing. Billy Stepp and Paul Frost made their biggest mark in drag racing history with their incredible Match Racing appearances.
